Unformatted text preview: Joshua's Individual Development There were several things that I have learned throughout the course of the semester. It is certainly not as easy being an effective member of a team as one might think at first glance. I noticed early on in the semester that good communication is a very important asset for a team to possess during all of the stages of development. Several of the members, myself included, were somewhat confused with the initial topic that we were going to pursue, and it took us quite some time to finally clear up the disagreement that existed about the subject. This situation also taught me that it is important to be willing to compromise, as not everyone will always be in agreement with you, or you with them.
