Unformatted text preview: ECE264 Fall 2009 Homework 2 Due Fri, October 9, 11:59pm This homework corresponds to Outcome 2 The dishes available at a restaurant are of one of the following categories: Soups, Salads, Entrees, Desserts. Each dish is described by a name, a category and a recipe number. Recipe names will be a maximum length of 50 characters. In addition, customers rate each dish they order on a scale of 1 to 5 (fractions are allowed). The restaurant stores the last three ratings given by customers for each dish. Initially, the three entries are 0. An example of a dish: The Ultimate Chocolate Cake (name) Desserts (category) 10112 (recipe number) 4.5 0 0 (last three ratings) Write a program that stores the dishes available at the restaurant in an array of structs called menu. The program should accept the following commands: ADD dish_name: Reads the name of a dish. It then reads the following information (given on two new lines): category - the category of the dish recipe number - the recipe number of the dish It stores a dish with this information in menu and initializes the customer ratings to 0's.
