The data set at right shows a set of data points representing measurements of
the electric field at a certain location.
1. Enter this data into an Excel spreadsheet.
2. Calculate the mean (average) value for E (and identify it with a label).
3. Calculate the uncertainty in the mean value of density (and identify it with a label).

standard deviation
of the data set (you need
to use the STDEVP function) and then divide the standard deviation by the square root of the number
of samples.
