Calculate the equivalent capacitance of the network. C eq = 3C/5 2.(5 marks) Two airfilled capacitors, C 1 = 20 μ F and C 2 = 10 μ F, are connected to a 60 volt battery as shown in the figure. After the capacitors are fully charged, capacitor C 2 is filled with a dielectric material (dielectric constant K= 4). Calculate the change in energy stored in C 1 , due to the addition of dielectric in C 2 .
