1Experimenter’s Name: Martin Bohlen Participant’s Name: Peter Bohlen Participant’s Age (in years) 19 Story 1: Two boys, Andy and Bob lived next door to each other and were friends. One day they decided it would be nice to make a picture. They each went into their own house to do it. Andy went to the place where his mother kept things for making pictures. All he saw was two cups with paint in them. One had blue paint in it and one had red paint in it and both cups were very full. He knew he could make a picture with either cup of paint. Andy decided to use the red paint. He picked up the red paint to carry it to a table. While he was walking, some of the red paint dripped out of the cup and onto the floor where it made a mess. Meanwhile, Bob had gone to the place in HIS house where HIS mother kept things for making pictures. All he saw was one very full cup of red paint and a red pencil. He knew he could make a picture with either the red paint or the red pencil. He decided to use the red paint. He picked up the red paint to carry it to a table.
