GEOG 330 Final Examination: Revision Guide (Spring 2009) What you need to bring: pens, pencils, no blue examination book required. What you need to know: For the final examination you will need to know material from the conflict analysis presentations, the policy lectures, and the Part I of the course (concepts). You will not need to revise Parts II (population) or Part III (land resources). What will be on the exam: The exam will have four sections: SECTION 1 (30% of marks) There will be a section of questions on the policy lectures . These will comprise short answer questions (similar to the ones you answered on the 2 nd mid-term). Some sample questions can be found below. Most will attract 1 or 2 marks, there will be a couple with 3 or 4 marks. You need the PowerPoint presentation on policy (slides and notes pages), and to know the Emphasis will be placed on US Environmental History and Policy up to and including the Dust Bowl, but there will be some questions in International Environmental Policy since the 1980s. Tips on topics (this list is not exhaustive):
