Under this influence, the company have taken a stand for gender equality, developed a global anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policy.Communicate the diversity policy regularly and clearly asour diversity policy is a statement of anorganization’s values when it comes to making the workplace a more inclusive place to be. It’s also a formal writtenpromise to current employees and future employees that organization will put anti-discriminatory practices in placeand do what it can to foster equal opportunity.Train and educate –It is essential to correctly train and educate our staff to help them understand why having adiverse workforce is so important. And how they can help to improve diversity in their own day-to-day roles.Allow minority groups to have a voice -We need all of our people to feel like they can contribute and share theirideas with the wider business and be heard. One of the best ways to help them do that is to encourage youremployees to establish resource groups.Revised Action Plan
