Chris Stanton SPA #7, Section 205 I am from the planet of Rawlsandia, where we base our policies on health care around the principles of John Rawls, a human from Earth who emphasizes equal opportunity and the distribution of resources when it comes to health care. On our planet, we strive for fairness in all situations, employing Rawls’ common concept of the “veil of ignorance” to create policies that can be considered morally just by all of our citizens in any situation. Although problems do arise, we feel that our policies have been created with the utmost respect for fairness and liberty, giving our planet a pristine system of health care that always attempts to produce the highest benefit for the least advantaged. The basic rights of life and liberty are guaranteed to all citizens of our planet and are protected by our government. In cases where civil liberties and rights become obstructed, it is required of our government as the other relevant party to help the citizen to obtain the rights he or she is entitled to. In our health care system, we have a need based quality
