It defines how the various elements look and function. New Window - Forms various elements in it - controls The project that we write follow programming technique called object oriented programming (OOP) Programming Languages - Procedural, Event Driven, and Object Oriented Procedural Languages - the program specifier the exact sequence of all operations. Program logic determines the next instructions to execute in response to conditions and user requests. Eg: BASIC, C, COBOL, FORTRAN, PL/I and PASCAL Object Oriented Programming - (VB, C#, and Java) - Microsoft refers VB( 6 and earlier) as an event driven programming rather than object oriented programming. Visual Studio (VB, C#, F#) - uses truly object oriented language. C++ has both OOP and procedural programming.
