Unformatted text preview: LaShonta Green Com 140 Different Kinds of Messages CheckPoint April 24, 2009 I suspect one type of unwanted response I might receive when trying to convince the business committee to accept my proposal for the new service might be the cost of renovations. The committee may feel the cost will exceed the need for the service. One thing I will have to convey to the committee would be the long term effects of the new service will pay for itself in approximately a year or two, I would have to explain to all of the tenants the lease fee may be increased but those charges are minimal considering each business growing, therefore increasing consumers which will increase profits for each business in the long run. Therefore everyone wins in the end. Another unwanted response would be reluctancy to change; some people don’t like change regardless if it is good or bad. Therefore I will have to convey to the committee, the necessity of this service and why it is required if we want our business to grow. (Informative, coworker)...
