I know this project was not the easiest but there will be many more like it. After reviewing the financial stats for the quarter, we did not meet the established goals, and therefore do not qualify for the quarterly bonus. However, I would like to reiterate how much I appreciate all your hard and diligence over the last quarter. Also I would like to let each and every one of you know we fell shy of the requirements only by a few points meaning we still brought in a huge profit for the client! We are still number one

In the future I will be working more closely with each one of you providing one-on-one support at least weekly so we do not run into this problem next quarter. We all have areas that may need improving, and I can only ask each one of you to step up your game so we can meet if not exceed our goals for next quarter. If either of you are aware of someone else not understanding the needs of this project please help them out or let me know. There is no I in team!
