1. Analyze Enterprise’s Service Quality Survey. What information is it trying to gather? What are its research objectives? The information the Enterprise Service Quality Survey is trying to gather is whether the customer was satisfied in all the services which should have been provided to him/her upon renting a car from their company. The way each question is answer can tell the Enterprise company if there is or is not a problem, and if so where is it rooting from, a company wide policy or an individual employee's lack of customer service. The survey gathers how satisfied the customer was and what areas need improvement, whether it be in a more friendly experience with the enterprise agents, less time waiting for the service or what products and services where available i.e. pick up drop off or selection of cars. The research objectives of this survey is to see if Enterprise is satisfying their customers wants and needs and if not how and where can they improve to be the best possible company in their market. 2.
