The reason for an organization to redesign is to help the business to more effectively use its technology, assets, and human resources to accomplish goals. Mergers, acquisitions and divestitures are the main reason for an organization to redesign. Acquisition is the purchasing of other firms. Divestiture is when an organization sells a business in order to generate cash. 2. Performance appraisal. Devices available for performance appraisal Ways to evaluate performance appraisal is trait and behavioral appraisal instruments, behavioral anchored rating scales, and outcome appraisal instruments. Trait appraisal instruments evaluate employees based on consistent and enduring worker characteristics.
