1. All of these ethic approaches cover everything that there is. Utilitarianism which looks at what is good for the greatest number of people while individualism sees the individual self-interest as the basis of the greatest good as long as it does not harm others. The rights approach represents and protects fundamental human rights and the justice approach emphasizes treating all people fairly and consistently. The best on would be utilitarianism. The least useful is the rights approach. I would use utilitarianism because there are so many people in China that if I do what is good for the majority of people I will have a good business. 2. If the managers don’t have some knowledge on business ethics that business could possibly go down the drain and loose all of its customers. I feel that it is half true because I think ethics are learned in a family and are most influenced by a family but I also think that ethics can be taught when you are an adult. 3. Well if a salesman didn’t make his quota because the month was slow, it is hard for a salesman to control the economy. The way that this could be managed is that if a salesman sells a certain amount he makes X amount of dollars or if he sells more than that he will make Y amount of dollars.
