1. The advantages to teams are the many ideas from everyone, the communication, and the productivity level increases. In a business you would most likely use teams if you are trying to complete something large or something where you need a lot of brainstorming. 2. The disadvantages of a team is that people can be very stubborn and some jobs may not need a group to finish it. In a business you wouldn’t want to use a group when you have small tasks to finish. 3. The role of a team leader is to get everyone in the group to finish the task at hand and be organized. I believe that every team should have a leader. A leader wouldn’t be needed if everyone has there own task to finish and then there is no need for a leader. 4. Teams usually will talk to the person or they may get a replacement for that person so that they can get the task at hand done. I think the most effective way to sustain team performance is by peer group pressure because you don’t want to let down one of yours peers because nobody
