Politically incorrect jokes Discussion Read this joke about a blind person. Is it funny? A blind man and his guide dog went into a department store to do some Christmas shopping. All of a sudden, the man picked up his dog by the tail and started to swing it around in a circle. A sales assistant shouted, "Sir! Can I help you?"
