2 中文摘要 由於能源短缺問題與自然環境急劇的破壞,綠色供應鏈管理已是刻不容緩的問題‧過 去處理環境管理的問題著重在產品對環境的影響‧因此如何減少產品對環境產生的汙 染成為主要的議題‧此種後端處理方式不僅需要許多附加處理成本,同時為確保產品 問世到丟棄的汙染風險,需要付出相當的管理代價‧ 基於預防重於治療的觀念,環保問題須使於綠設計的執行‧在產品的生命週期中其各 階段的功能,如生產、交易、販售、行銷與消費等每一環均遷涉環境資源與可能的災 害因素,如何將此可能的因素及其影響在各過程中事前了解將有助於避免其對環境的 影響‧ 因此,本子計畫將針對上述議題建立綠供應鏈中之風險管理系統‧應用天然災害的小 樣本分析技術,配合子計畫二及子計畫三從市場面進行之顧客特性與對綠產品的期望 分析,與擬定的行銷策略,以期提供子計畫一建立綠產品供應鏈管理資訊系統中環境 風險要素的偵測與計量資訊,以及建議之風險管理策略‧ 關鍵詞:綠供應鏈,風險管理,混合整數規劃 英文摘要 Green Supply Chain Management has been an important and urgent issue because of the rapid decline of energy resources and environmental balance. Conventional approach to environment management is placed on the production and its environmental impacts. The purpose is to reduce the pollution through different ways of disposal and recycle. However, this approach will cause not only a large amount of cost, but also high level of managerial risk. Based on the concept of “prior prevention is better than post correction”, environment management should begin with green design of a product, through its different functions in the life cycle such as production, purchasing, sales, marketing and consumption. Along such life cycle, the polluted risk embedded at each stage should be taken into serious account. Thus, such approach to environment management will ensure the environmental impact free and achieve sustaining enterprise.
