Unformatted text preview: 1 行政院國家科學委員會專題研究計畫期末進度 報告 具有暖備備用零件及不完全復元的系統之成本與機率分析(2/2) 計畫編號:NSC 95-2221-E-005-076 執行期限:95 年 8 月 1 日至 96 年 7 月 31 日 主持人:王國雄 教授 中興大學應用數學系 共同主持人:柯志斌 副教授 中興大學應用數學系 一、 中文摘要 在第二年的計劃,我們研究含有暖備 備用零件及不完全復元的三個不同序列系 統結構之效益特性。主要零件及暖備備用 零件之故障時間假設是指數分配。壞掉零 件之修理時間假設是一般分配。我們假設 主要零件故障及暖備備用零件故障之復元 因素 (coverage factor) 皆相同。針對三個結 構,我們提出遞迴方法,使用輔助變數技 巧,並把輔助變數視為剩餘修理時間,去 推導其穩態效益。對於每一個結構,其三 個不同修理時間分配如指數分配, k 階段 Erlang 分配,及固定分配之穩態效益,其 效益 ( Av ) 都能明顯表示出來。依據系統參 數之指定值及零件之成本,我們來執行比 較所有三個結構。最後,依據效益及成本 / 利益之比值來排序三個結構,其中利益代 表是效益。 關鍵詞:效益、不完全復元、遞迴方法、 輔助變數、成本 / 利益 英文摘要 In the second-year project , we study the availability characteristics of three various series system configurations with warm standby components and imperfect coverage 。 Failure times of the primary and warm standby components are assumed to be exponentially distributed 。 Repair times of the failed components are assumed to be generally distributed 。 We assume that the coverage factor is the same for a primary component failure as that for a warm standby component failure 。 We present a recursive method , using the supplementary variable technique and treating the supplementary variable as the remaining repair time , to develop the steady-state availability , (or Av ) , for three configurations 。 For each configuration , the explicit expressions for the Av for three different repair time distributions , such as exponential , k-stage Erlang , and deterministic are derived 。 For all three configurations , comparisons are performed for specific values of the system parameters , and of the cost of the components 。 Finally , the configurations are ranked based on : Av and cost/benefit where benefit is Av 。 Keywords : availability; imperfect coverage; recursive method; supplementary variable; cost/benefit 二、 前言 Availability has longtime been an important...
