Unformatted text preview: 1 一、 中文摘要 本研究將對廣泛加權移動平均 (GWMA) 管制圖做進一步的應用。廣泛加權移 動平均 (GWMA) 管制圖係指數加權移動平均 (EWMA) 管制圖之廣義模式,透過調 整參數之設定,對於偵測製程平均數微小偏移之能力,遠較修華特管制圖與 EWMA 管制圖為佳。本研究計畫為三年計畫,第一年探討修華特缺點數管制圖 (C Chart) 之缺失及 Borror 等人 (1998) 所提的 Poisson EWMA 管制圖對缺點數管制圖之 改善,然後將 Poisson EWMA 管制圖加入調整參數之設定,延伸發展出本研究計 畫所提之 Poisson GWMA 管制圖,並推導出此新管制圖之管制統計量、管制上界 (UCL) 及管制下界 (LCL) 。透過參數之設定並以電腦模擬的方式,證明對於偵測 製程平均數微小偏移之能力較 EWMA 管制圖為佳。 關鍵詞︰ 管制圖,指數加權移動平均,廣泛加權移動平均,自我相關,一階自我 回歸製程,延伸的指數加權移動平均,延伸的廣泛加權移動平均。 Abstract This research is a further application about a generally weighted moving average (GWMA) control chart. The generally weighted moving average (GWMA) control chart is a generalization of the EWMA control chart. Due to the added adjustment parameter, the GWMA control chart has been shown to perform much better than Shewhart control chart and EWMA control chart in monitoring small shifts of the process mean. This research includes three years project. First year, the weakness of Shewhart C chart and the improvement of the Poisson EWMA control chart (Borror et al., 1998) to the C chart are studied. Then, adjustment parameters are added to the Poisson EWMA chart and the model is extended to the Poisson GWMA chart, moreover, we develop the statistics, the upper control limit and the lower control limit for the new control chart. Through parameters design and computer simulation to prove the Poisson GWMA, autocorrected GWMA and DGWMA control charts for monitoring the small shift of process mean are superior to those EWMA control charts. Keywords: Control chart, EWMA, Generally weighted moving average, autocorrected, AR(1) process with random error, DEWMA, DGWMA 2 二、 計劃緣由與目的 針對目前文獻中已經提出之各種 Poisson 觀測值 ( 假設具有獨立而相同的 Poisson 分配 ) 管制圖:包括修華特 C 管制圖; Lucas(1985) 及 White 等人 (1996 、 1997) 所提之卜瓦松累積和 ( Poisson CUSUM) 管制圖; Gan(1990) 及 Borror 等人 (199 2、 1998) 所提的卜瓦松指數加權移動平均 (Poisson EWMA) 管制圖等,探討其 統計特性及其管制架構之建置方式,並比較其優劣與適用時機。例如,修華特 C 管制圖所用的管制統計量只考慮最近ㄧ次的觀測值,因而無法將較小之製程偏移 即時的偵測出來,又因統計量 ( 製程缺點數 ) 限定為非負的整數值,使得 C 管制圖 依據中心值減去三倍標準差所得之管制下界為負值時,必須調整為零,因此無法...
