Samantha Meyers Code of ethics is how a organization expects their employees to behave while on/at their job. This can help with ethical behavior. More than half of the businesses/corporations in the US are using code of ethics. The codes clarify company expectations of situations and makes things clear that the company expects their people to recognize the ethical dimensions in decisions and actions according to the book. With having their employees attend workshops and seminars it will help with them understanding things a little better. This can all help improve a business/corporation.
