Name EXSC 205 Lab Section Day and Hour Lab TA The Relationship between One Mile Run Time and Aerobic Capacity I do not care for creative titles; just it has to tell me what the lab is about and make it sound like  you know what you are talking about. Purpose When an individual exercises or plays a sport, the duration he is able to last on the field is  dependent on his level of physical fitness. A person’s endurance is most accurately quantified  by his VO 2  max (aerobic capacity). However, the test to quantity VO 2  max is expensive and  impractical for most settings. Thus the purpose of this laboratory exercise is to assess the  feasibility of using an individual’s one mile run time as a means to his aerobic capacity. 1-2 Sentence introduction, followed by 1 sentence transition and purpose of experiment. Simple  short and sweet.
