C O N T R A C T S W h a t   t o   l o o k   f o r   i n   a   c o n t r a c t 1. 1Are the parties involved jural parties? 2. Do we have at least one promise to be bound in the present? 3. Does the offeror, master of the offer, dictate the terms to be involved? (subject matter, price, quantity delivery, payment, time for performance, parties involved, mode of acceptance) 4. Are they both merchants? (person dealing professionally with goods in question) 5. Is it for the sale of goods? 6. Does the acceptance occur during the “duration allowed for acceptance”? Did the offeror act inconsistent with his offer? 7. Does it differ from the offer? Did offeree find out? 8. Is there an option contract? (either in bilateral or unilateral) 9. Are there any conditions to this offer? 10.Is it unilateral? If so, has there been partial performance? (temporarily irrevocable and offeror not bound until offeree completes) 11.If partial performance was made, but no tender so no acceptance, will promissory
