No Forinbras, question of who will take over Denmark left unanswered 5. More eavesdropping (ie Polonius on Hamlet and Ophelia, Hamlet Noticing Polonius watching exchange b/w him and Ophelia, Hamlet watching Exchange b/w Polonius and Ophelia) 6. Differences in Ghost scene -Funeral scene at the start -shows Gerturde crying, didn't seem to care in the play -Hamlet gives Claudius dirty looks -shifts to Gertrude being happy about marrrying Claudius -Claudius chastises Hamlet for mourning his father -No ghost until later in the movie -Gertrude kisses Hamlet in very sexual way- suggests reason for -Oedipus Complex -Ophelia only character dressed in white- suggests purity- has an absent mindness to her- stares at people in creepy ways -Language is more modern when Hamlet speaks but more traditional for other characters
