The acquisition of navigation systems would make myself and other employees more productive by saving time and ultimately improving customer service. The new automotive navigation systems would save time because employees would no longer have to look at maps and navigate directions themselves. I researched three different navigation systems and found that the Garmin Street Pilot III would be the best choice. The Street Pilot III offers the shortest and fasted routes, estimated time of arrival, and the ability to program multiple locations. The cost is $699.99 with no monthly access charge which is a good price for the amount of features that it offers. I know that the two other claims adjusters will want their own navigation system and that may not be in our budget so I would recommend buy one now and rotating it, and then purchasing more in the future....
