RMR Lab Supplement Additional Methods: - Perform a 24-hour dietary recall. Make sure to be as thorough as possible, including info on height, weight, age, activity, weight history, everything. Additional Discussion: - How does your intake compare to your calculated expenditure (use the Hamwi formula without physical activity corrections) - How does their diet break down in terms of macronutrients, and what recommendations might you make for a healthier distribution? Use the internet if necessary to break down foods into macronutrient percentages (fats, carbs, proteins). - Would you expect to be gaining/losing/maintaining weight? What might be some discrepancies/factors that would explain the differences between what you would expect and what your history actually is? Please append the answers to these questions, in paragraph form, to lab report #4.
