1) How can organizations encourage ethical business behavior? Ethics refers to a set of personal standards of right and wrong. They are the basic of making ethical decision. Ethical behavior is doing what is accepted to be good and right. Organizations can improve ethical behavior by offering ethics-Training Programs. Ethic-training programs are made to educate the employees about ethical standards, help them to deal with ethical issues, and make ethical decisions by following these steps: recognize the ethical dilemma, get the fact, and evaluate your options, test your options, make a decision a test it, and take the action. The training has to cover the basic of the ethical standards: responsibility, respect, fairness, honesty and compassion. Other way to encourage the ethical behavior is creating a formal code of ethics, which is a written and official guideline on how to deal with ethical issues or dilemmas in social work. The codes of ethics provide the employees with knowledge of all the basic of concepts of ethical standards. At the end, managers
