For this report I recorded the sunrise and sunset times. Every week over a seven week period I recorded the sunrise and sunset times from www.weather.com . The purpose of this exercise was to see the variance in length of days, astronomical noon, sunrise time, and sunset time. The procedure for this experiment was very simple. Every week starting from February 4 th I would log on to www.weather.com , enter my zip code, then I would record the sunrise and sunset times.
