Questionnaire – One of the major advantages of questionnaires is that the results are easily quantified. This will be very beneficial to us when over viewing our information from SOS because it will allow us to get a big picture of what is happening at a glance. We are surveying a relatively small organization a questionnaire can be formatted to be more specific in gathering the information that we might find beneficial in our diagnosis. Questions can at times be formatted to make people within the organization bias towards a certain opinion. Because of this we also referred our survey outside of our group to help ensure that the questions were not leading or that they may contain and leading questions. Our goal in conducting a survey is to track the differing opinions held within the organization from an earlier point and to tell if the people feel the organization has changed more positively or negatively. Furthermore, we will be conducting a survey with the current to analyze the change in the organization and to analyze
