Preparing required materials in advance including Company Profile, Road map, Sales Record & Market information, Questionnaire, Printed Hand outs and Factory tour, Souvenir/ Gift if required 3. Reserve meeting room and necessary facilities, (Projectors, Laser Point, LAN Connections ……) 2.
