Jenny noted a discrepancy on one of the customer associates time sheets and questioned the location manager about this observation. The location manager explained to Jenny that the crew supervisor swapped the associates work hours against the next time period. Jenny was not happy with this response. Jenny determined upon further research, reviewing the employee handbook, that the swapping of hours issue and other issues were not covered.
