Supreme Court Case Project 1 Description : With a partner, pick one of the Court cases below. In your own words, complete a 2-5 page case study that addresses the following: A summary of the case itself—the “story” that led to the case and the constitutional issues that prompted the Court to hear the case. A summary of the Court’s decision, include dissenting and concurring opinion, if relevant. An analysis of the precedent set by the case. An assessment of why certain interest groups would support the decision and why others would oppose it.
