C350 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q- Can I get an assigned Course Instructor? A – Contact your Program Mentor (PM) to “engage” you in the course. That will generate a Course Instructor (CI) assignment Q – Can I get a Welcome Letter? A – Yes, anytime you want! The Course Instructor Tips are in Course Tips for your convenient access at anytime Q- How can I open the documents in Course Tips? A – Be sure you are logged into your WGU Student Portal only (logout of gmail, etc), then click on the Course Tips button to view the links to all documents in that section. Sometimes you may need to disable “cookies” on your computer, or open a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) Q – My Course Instructor is out of the office, is there someone that can help me? A – Check your WGU email. Your CI may have sent an email noting who was covering in his/her absence. If you prefer, email your CI to get an auto reply message that informs you who is covering. On weekends, email our group inbox [email protected] and your question will be answered by the CI scheduled to manage it that day. Q – Where do I start? A- CIs recommend starting with i-Human to give you practice completing a virtual comprehensive health assessment before completing one on a person. After passing i-Human, then move onto task 1 and lastly, task 2. Q - How can I access the Bates Videos to brush up on my assessment skills? A – Click on the Preparing for Success, then Learning Resources tabs then scroll down until you see it.

A – Since it may be a navigational issue and i-Human is an outside vendor, let your assigned CI know so he/she can troubleshoot with you.
