Emphasis is given to analysis and synthesis of role behaviors specific to the development and maintenance of collaborative practice relationships. The focus is on historical, social, political, legal, and economic issues related to advance practice roles. COURSE OBJECTIVES Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Analyze selected research related to the development of advanced practice roles in nursing. 2. Analyze legal parameters and scope of practice within advanced practice nursing. 3.
