The stable range of gain K which is equivalent to the loop gain can be easily  evaluated by making use of the ‘sisotool’ – a design tool in MATLAB that is used  to   design   a  single   input/single   output   compensator   by   allowing   the   user   to  graphically interact with the root locus, Bode plot and Nichol plot of the open loop  system. By varying the loop gain and checking for the value of the loop gain for which the  system remains stable, we are able to determine the stable range of loop gain K: 0.00279 < K < 262 is the stable range of gain K. As we can see from the closed-loop response to a step input, the response is not  oscillatory and therefore, it is not possible to find the peak time, percentage
