Astronomical and engineer advances, literate, mathematics Other were technologically primitive o Hunter gatherer, non literate, no mathematics Some Based on Sedentary agriculture o Surplus that nourished urbanization o Relatively strong in terms of food security in central mexico o Incas placed great emphasis on infrastructure o Rise in agriculture in places about 5000 years ago
