Lecture syllabus - GEL 1: The Earth - Fall 2009 Dr. David Osleger [email protected] Office: Earth & Physical Sciences Bldg., room 3224 Office Hours: MW 12:30-1:30 (or by appointment) Textbook: Earth: Portrait of a Planet , Stephen Marshak, 3 rd ed. We'll try to stay as close to this schedule as possible, but be ready for evolving dates and topics (except for exams, of course). If you’re using the second edition of Marshak there may be a few minor differences in chapter numbers and ‘interludes’.
