1. (60 points) You and your friend visited the Friendly’s at the Pyramid mall the other day. Bored with
the regular menu, you asked for the children’s menu, and were given a placemat that had the following
puzzle on it:

Use each number from 09 to fill in
the empty squares on the grid. Use
each number only once. Each row
and column must add up to 22.
Instead of solving the puzzle by trial and error, you decide to try to solve it by using integer program
ming.
