Woman Human Rights 2 Abstract This paper examines the various woman human rights that are, and should be enjoyed by women all around the world. this paper, in particular, focuses on the woman human rights of women in Liberia, recognizing the role of women in the reconstruction process of the country. The foremost female President of Africa hails from Liberia. Indeed, the women of Liberia have come a great distance in proving their strength, courage and their capabilities to the superior world. \

Woman Human Rights 3 Woman Human Rights – Woman In Liberia Social science as a subject area has encompassed a dominantly honorable relativist position toward the concept of human rights as a licit ecumenical aspect of concern for all traditions and cultures in the 50 years after the U.N. General Assembly acceptance of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in nineteen hundred and forty eight. However, in the last 10 years, the ascending predominance of rights of women as human rights has gainsaid this notion. In concerns to the world-wide movements for human rights of women, libber anthropologists are in the vanguard of this gainsaid, endeavoring to preserve the significant concern on cultural circumstance, at the same time demonstrating more attention on practices which anthropology's important focus on cultural context, while at the same time exhibiting a deep concern for practices which scathe women, like satie and female venereal injuries, both of which are believed to be virtuously unacceptable outside any culture. Libber anthropological hypothesis and libber legal scholarship have raised fingers on the desirableness of accusative ethnographical reportage of similar practices. The endeavor to formulate a feminist anthropological attitude on human rights subverts the strength of honorable philosophical doctrine along with significantly stating that the liberal tradition of the west, which communicates the majority of the present-day movements on human rights, presents a fragmental discussion on human rights. Human rights are still not deemed as universally sensible, and the primary attention in the movement is on civil and political rights, as equated to the weaker significance on important social, cultural, and economic rights. The second, third and fourth generation rights are not as well involved into the prevailing world-wide factors managing evaluation, monitoring, and reporting processes of violations of human rights. Feminist anthropology agrees to the notion that context is vital in the explanation of any given circumstance; however, it also importunes that cultural circumstance, like any specific
