According to my interview with Ayhan Bey who is the boss of Durum Restaurant, we got some managerial information about his business. So as you can see above the communication with customers are face to face loose specs because the service progress is generally understood however there are options in how it will be performed. So in the reference of service system design matrix, the degree of customer contact is reactive system in face loose specs. Apart from this the restaurant also gives phone ordering service and this is permeable system that is penetrable by customer. Aside from this, because customer can have more contact on the system, this affects production efficiency in a bad way. So this situation causes low production efficiency. In contrast, again because of customer can have more contact on the system, the degree of sales opportunity is increasing. So we can say that there is a high sales opportunity here. And in phone ordering system we can say that there is normal
