Why is the scope an important part of the project and what happens if it there is creep? Scope defines what needs to be done to complete a project. Without a scope the project could grow indefinitely. Creep can cause additional labor and time to a project and may push the project over budget. What constitutes a project success from client’s viewpoint? For the client the project is not successful unless all the features requested are included and function as needed. A project is not successful if it does not meet their needs How could you monitor performance and motivate team members? Interacting with your team is essential to both of these. Positively suggesting new ways or ideas can motivate someone. Sometimes interest in how an individual is coming on their part is positive motivation. Praising an idea is also a good motivator. You can monitor performance simply by investing a little time each week to look at what an individual has accomplished. Identify the basics of project management and traits of project managers?
