Mauro 2 Management Decisions As a manager, the decisions should be made by identifying and choosing other routes to correct or solve the problem that a customer may have with the food or other issues. The manager must be able to determine when help is needed and how much help to provide for that day, whether it is in the kitchen or on the front end. For the day your restaurant served 140 people between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now as a manager you should know that every customer must leave happy for their repeat business. Also knowing that the word of mouth is more powerful than any kind of advertisement, so if a customer doesn’t leave happy, then it might not be good for business.
