In just under a year’s time Gatorade developed this new drink. It combines a mixture of 50 percent sugar and 50 percent artificial sweetener. Apparently, Gatorade plans to spend over 8 million dollars to introduce the drink and assess consumer’s reactions. It will be tested on the shelves of convenience stores, grocery, and other mass merchants in five cities in Florida.
