i. Male Reproductive System 1. Carefully study and memorize the terms presented in the tables entitled Combining Forms , Anatomical Terms , and Symptomatic and Diagnostic Terms . ii. Female Reproductive System 1. Carefully study and memorize the terms in the tables entitled Combining Forms , Anatomical Terms , and Symptomatic and Diagnostic Gynecologic Terms as well as table on Breasts. 2. Study the Gyn. chart note on p. 572 in 2006 ed. / p. 765 in 2008 ed. b. You won’t be required to visually identify anatomical features. c. You won’t need to know any abbreviations other than those in the aforementioned progress note. d. There won’t be any dictionary questions on this quiz. Therefore, you do not need to bring your dictionary to this quiz. II. When, where, what and rules for the quiz. a. When i. The quiz is on Friday (12/4) ii. You need to come to the same section of the class that you are registered for (i.e. if you are registered for the 8-9 section, you have to take the quiz during the 8-9 class period).

We will provide you with a scantron. iii. Be sure to bubble in your name, eid, and the form of the test on your scantron . d. Rules i. No hats ii. No electronic devices out (turn all phones off) iii. No notes or books out iv. Print your full name on the scantron and quiz sheet. v. When you finish the quiz, you must turn in both your scantron and the quiz sheet. vi. Turn in your scantron and quiz-sheet face-up. vii. No student may begin a quiz late once a completed quiz has been turned in . Please show up on time . viii. Quizzes end promptly at 50 minutes after the hour. ix. Remain in your seat while taking a quiz. No writing after standing up from seat. Stand up only to turn in quiz. If you have a question, raise your hand and remain seated....
