II. SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS The issues are serious and it will be more serious. Thus we must have suitable solutions to solve them. In fact, the government has had some solutions for these issues. These are step by step solutions with our support ideas. 1) Pause the activity of the company First of all, we must pause all the activities of company X in order to stop the byproducts and find all the delinquent evidences. When the company‘s activities are being paused, one of another problems is about the workers. The company has the responsibility to give them pension until this company can operate again (if almost problems are solved). 2) Find evidences We have to find the evidences to prove the activities of company are the main reasons of the polluted river for several years which affect the people using water from the river. There is a method can be used to test the river’s water: We have to take a sample of water to test its compositions. If this sample contains a high COD value which presents only in industrial waste production, it is certainly exhausted from a factory. Then we use the equipments to measure the pollution level of the river. In this way, we can determine the fine for the
