It is said to be abillion-dollar industry that majorly based on the accessibility of disposable income and leisuretime. The hospitality industry covers many companies offering accommodation and foodservice.The Ritz London is one of the famous hotels in London that is doing very well in the hospitalityindustry. In this report, there is a discussion about the scope and current structure of thehospitality industry in the UK and opportunities for the new businesses[ CITATION Zei19 \l1033 ].2.Businesses within the Hospitality IndustryThe hospitality industry is a collection of different businesses such as lodging, hotels,entertainment, food & beverages, tourism, etc. The beverage and food segment, which isproficiently known as F&B, is the largest section in the hospitality industry.
