Course Website: http://www.physics.sjsu.edu/wharton Course Description: This is a laboratory-based course for science majors. The main topics are analog circuits, digital circuitry, and basic microprocessor principles. Your learning objectives are to be able to analyze the function of a general circuit, design a variety of circuits, and know how to use general electronic equipment in the laboratory. Course Prerequisite: Any lecture & lab course on electricity and magnetism such as Physics 2B, Physics 51, Physics 71, or equivalent. Text:
