Week 2 Discussion Question 2 Think of some of your favorite foods when you were 10 years old. Are they still your favorites? Some of my favorite foods I had when I was 10 years old were pepperoni pizza, nachos and rocky road ice cream. These particular foods are still some of my favorite foods. Since I am not as active as I used to be when I was 10 years old I can not eat these foods as often as I would like. Do you think you will be eating the same foods you eat today 20 years from now? I do not believe I will be eating the same foods I eat today 20 years from now. I have noticed in the last couple of years that even though I love eating spicy food it brings bouts of heartburn and an upset stomach. I also love red meat but I find my body has a hard time digesting large amounts of meats like steak. Moreover, I have high blood pressure and am currently overweight as well as a family history of cancer, diabetes, hyperglycemia and high blood pressure. So, I would like to take the necessary measures to avoid getting any of these diseases.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
