Executive summary Apex Footwear limited is a leading manufacturer and exporter of leather footwear from Bangladesh to major show retailers in Western Europe, North America and Japan. AFL pioneered the exporter of value added finished products in the leather sector of Bangladesh and is also involved in the local footwear retail business with the second largest shoe retail network in the country. As Apex Footwear Limited is running successfully in the local market also in few other countries, we chose Norway for our next target market. Because Norway has demandable population and the economy of the country is growing day by day. The report emphasize with the strategy that are following to enter into the market of Norway based on different factors that have a great impact on the market, company in focus, mission, vision and the product description.
