Look over the
Week 9 GIS Analysis Assignment Template
(if this link doesn’t work for

directions) and briefly
familiarize yourself with what you’re being asked to do.
Then
return here and read the more in-depth directions below.

Complete a web search and find two images that are the product of GIS Analysis.
o
Your two images must show the result of using different GIS analysis tools (in
other words, you cannot choose two images that both show the results of using
the same GIS analysis tool).
o
You cannot choose images that show output from Density Estimation Tools: see
step #5 below.
3.
Insert both of your images into the template (at this link, and also found in the
Assignment Resources section below). In that assignment template, you will find
directions and prompts to guide the organization of your responses.
4.
The goal of this assignment is to explain why the images
you’ve chosen
are examples of
GIS analysis.
