Ex: self-esteem, motivation, personality, etc. Concept of personality explains: Individual differences between people Consistency in behavior Continuity of experiences Personality: Individual way how people… Think Feel Act Our personality integrates… The way we perceive reality and think about it (our world view) The way we feel about ourselves, other people, and the world around us The way we behave in particular situations. Consistency of learning about the world around. Look at slide of personality: Thoughts turn into our destiny External reality: Cognition Perceptual set: tendency to see one thing over another Mental set- tendency to solve problems in a certain way- individual problem solving ways. Emotion EQ- how you cope with yourself and others on an emotional level Values- important and what is right and wrong Indentity: what are my values and beliefs.
